I have gained 0.5 kilos in a week. Actually the weight was already 2 kilos bigger than last Friday but with proper eating I have lost already 1.5 kilos of the holiday swelling. But luckily I'm already almost back on track and there is only 3 kilos left to reach my goal and still 2 weeks time for the final weigh-in. Everything is still possible..!
