Even my half marathon didn't go as fast as I planned, I'm happy how fas I have recovered. On Sunday I had difficulties to walk but now I have been able to run a bit already today and yesterday. Earlier, it has taken couple of weeks to recover. And I'm quite sure that my muscles are ready for squats next week.
Tomorrow I should have my weigh-in but due to carbohydrates I have eaten for half marathon, I may weight more than two weeks ago.
