  • In average, in fitness test of Nike+ Kinect Training the women of my age have achieved fittness score of 36 and athlecisim score of 24.
  • Btw, If someone is wondering the round numbers, they are caused by my scale which has 0.5kgs accuracy

Goals


Weight

  • 49 weeks I have left in 2014 I will lose half kilos per week. That makes my goal 24,5kgs weight lost at the end of this year. My starting weight in 17th of January was 87kgs and thus, at the end of this year it should be 62.5kgs.
  • The first milestone 2 kgs after four weeks training
  • The second milestone is 4kgs weight loss after 8 weeks training
  • The third milestone of 6kgs in 12 weeks
  • The fourth milestone is 8kgs loss in 16 weeks
  • The fifth milestone is 10kgs loss in 20 weeks
  • The sixth milestone is to get back into schedule and lose 15kgs in 30 weeks meaning 5kgs in the next 6 weeks ( 25-30).

  • Fitting into my old wedding dress in 15th of January 2015, when the next Wear your own wedding dress day in Finland.

Running Goals

  • Quarter marathon in Move Maraton, Ii in July 2014
  • Half marathon in Ruskamaraton, Levi (in Lapland) in September 2014
  • Helsinki City Run, Helsinki, in May 2015
