First Week of New Diet Behind

..and I'm so glad I did it without falling for any temptations. I guess I have lost already 1-1.5 kilos since monday. In addition, I tried running with new heart rate limits and ran 90 minutes route yesterday. It was nice but still slow. But I guess I'm proceeding and will be in better running shape next summer than ever..! And some trousers are again too big. At least couple of pairs I bought before my latest pregnancy. Nice! I should blog a second part of the post Saying Goodbye to Too Big Clothes soon.
