Today I ran calmly 60 minutes. Even if my pace was down my heart rate was still a bit higher level than usual, due to the flu. I have also been very tired due to the new teeth of the baby and all the other goths that have bothered lately the kids nighttimes. I think I will recover totally before Saturday if I sleep few naps during the next week.
There is only couple of 20-30 minutes running exercises left before the half marathon.
