Today I did my long run of 70 minutes. It felt (again) so much easier than last week and I had to lengthen the route quite much compared to the last weekend long run. Then I ate cake and all the best delicacies in our granddaughter's birthday party. Then in the evening I gathered data of all my comparable long runs I have done this spring. Below, there is times, distances, average paces and average heart rates of four different long runs. And there is obviously a big improvement to the pace if today's and previous long runs are compared. Little by little I'll become a faster snail..
