This morning I went for Nordic walking in very nice weather, at least the exercising point of view. It was raining a lot and there was only 21 degrees outside. The rest of the day there was even harder rain and lighting so I decided to get exercising out of the way before that. But it haven't been so easy to breath and exercise for weeks now so I really speed it up and enjoyed it. Last week I felt my energy storage emptied in 30 minutes but today I could continue with the same steady pace till the end and I ended up doing couple of minutes longer exercise than previously.
