Long Run and Wood Chopping Bee

My long run of the day was already 80 minutes long. Somehow I've been more tired this week and the running exercises have been harder than last week when I almost flied on the route. I have to think slow jogging again that my heart rate stays on the low level.

After the running exercise we chopped woods for the next winter. I carried the woods and stocked them to our shed. And in between I carried some rocks while I cleaned up more room to the woods. I enjoyed pretty much of the activities. It makes me so thrilled that I am able to do all kind of hard things after the quit hard pregnancy and back problems.
